Tom a former US Air Force officer, received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Syracuse University. In addition to his many accomplishments Tom is a registered Professional Engineer in the Sate of Texas. His experience includes over 35 years of system, circuit and software design for military, industrial, commercial, energy, security and telecom applications.

Tom is experienced in all phases of product development from initial product conception to production and field support.  He has been responsible for providing, technical support, project management, sales and marketing and business decisions for numerous companies.

Tom holds several patents in the fields of video compression, ultrasonic measurement, and RF spectrum utilization. In addition to his technical achievements Tom is a active ham radio operator.
